The Program Committee is responsible for planning activities and/or learning opportunities for the
Society. Our approach is holistic. By this we mean exploring activities and learning opportunities
that allow current and future members of the Society to learn about all aspects of life, not just
repeat lessons of the CPM program.
We feel that balance is important for Society members. We can only be successful as supervisors,
managers and leaders to the extent that our lives are in balance. If the Society can provide these
types of learning opportunities to facilitate members holistic growth, then we feel that the society
will reap the rewards of additional members and participation.
The Chair of the DHRM Liaison Committee shall be a Director appointed by the President. The Committee works closely with DHRM to assist in promoting and gaining support for the CPM Training program and the USCPM Society as well as recognition for students attending and completing the CPM Program
