Any CPM or Associate member may propose amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws. All proposed amendments shall be submitted to the Board of Directors for study and recommendation. Program Committee

USCPM Program Committee

A Director, appointed by the President, shall be the Chair of the Program Committee. The Committee shall schedule speakers, plan programs, events and continuing education seminars sponsored by the Society.

The Program Committee is responsible for planning activities and/or learning opportunities for the Society. Our approach is holistic. By this we mean exploring activities and learning opportunities that allow current and future members of the Society to learn about all aspects of life, not just repeat lessons of the CPM program.

We feel that balance is important for Society members. We can only be successful as supervisors, managers and leaders to the extent that our lives are in balance. If the Society can provide these types of learning opportunities to facilitate members holistic growth, then we feel that the society will reap the rewards of additional members and participation.
