The Society co-sponsors the Manager of the Year. The awards are presented at the Annual Manager's Conference.
The outstanding Academy member each year is recognized with the Henning Trophy, named for one of the founders of the CPM program, Dr. Kenneth K. Henning.
The Academy also awards a $500 Fran L. Wilkinson Memorial Scholarship to a deserving student planning a career in public management.
