Two USCPM Members Elected as 2011 AACPM Board Members  

Please join me in congratulating Keith Heaton and Michael Shoemaker.  On October 20, 2010, these USCPM Managers were elected to serve as members of the American Academy of Certified Public Managers® (AACPM) Board of Directors.   

Keith Heaton will serve as AACPM President Elect (2011), AACPM President (2012) and Past President (2013); and Michael Shoemaker will serve a two-year term (2011-2012) as Member at Large for Conferences & Communications.  Their terms of office will begin on January 1, 2011. 

As members of the Utah Society, please join me in applauding them for their desires to make a meaningful and positive difference at the national level.  I encourage each member of the USCPM Society to find ways to support them as they serve each member of AACPM (which includes USCPM).  By showing both of them our support we showcase to the nation (and the world) Utah’s leaders and managers, as well as, the success of Utah’s CPM Program.
