If you are not yet a CPM Society member and want to be - Please complete the application below (oneor two years) and return it with payment to the Society Treasurer. The address and the prorated dues amounts are provided on the application form. As a reminder, seek reimbursement of your dues from your agency. Dues and time to attend is a small investment in yourself and for your agency to continue to have your CPM training renewed.

If you are a current or past USCPM member, please use the same form for renewal.
